it looks like a lot more fun than it is. i can see how someone would just take a look at it and say 'vibrator' but as an exercise device - it can work for it. you don't even have to use the vibrate feature to let it. i actually dont usually - it's just a 'feature' really. on it's own, inserted, it forces you to do the same exercises. i tend to just do that - insert and then do all of the things around the house - chores, etc and because of all of the movement, i am forced to do things to ensure it stays in - like pelvic exercises. so it works in the aspect of forcing you to do the things - using the vibration mode does add a degree of fun but if you're using it to develop those muscles - the fun will just seem like a way to make the exercises more effective.

this is a nice durable, waterproof device that could have many purposes. sure it may help with pelvic floor training, but it works for other things as well. and it works good. made well, easy to use and operate, easy to clean.. packaging will say fun mates, so look out for that...my kids love to open my packages lately and they were wondering what this was, lol. it may take a bit of using before i notice a difference in my pelvic floor muscles, but ive got time. :) :)
