This is an excellent product. Stays cool enough, doesn't heat the watch up much at all and puts out plenty of light. I set it on top of my watch case upside down and charge all my watches at the same time through the glass on top and it automatically turns off after 9 hours. Great. Love it.

works exactly as described, would buy again and recommend. I've been an eco-drive watch user since 2000, and while I'm outdoors a lot, the watches tends to get low charge in the winter in the NE, due to lower sunshine times. it would charge fine with fluorescent and incandescent bulbs, but today they are all gone from my home. I use my own DIY charger box, using a swan neck lamp with a bright white 5000K Daylight White 1500 lumen standard bulb that eats 13W that I just put the watch under, with some distance as it does get warm to hot as you get close. the setup works but its clunky. new eco-drive watches will use up a full charge in 6 mo, but drops as it gets old. also depth meter watches will eat the batteries faster when used in diving, as the meter uses a lot of power. Pros far more ergonomic than my DIY setup and works does not get hot but warm. with the setup provided, the watch will < 95F with 72F ambient, and stainless steel watch cases will radiate this heat away too, so you feel and measure it with a IR thermometer the charger is made of metal, not plastic, so it heat sinks out the heat on its own very simple setup and all provided accessories but no USB power source, you need to use your own only one power setting, 9 hours charged timer, confirmed appears well made and durable but only time will tell as usually power LED tend to die off faster with use excellent simple design watch charges to full, I have one ecodrive that has a power meter and confirms this Cons no organizer case

I have four solar watches that aren't getting enough light to stay charged near a window. So I started looking for an alternative. Most of the chargers of this type seemed to have mixed reviews - got too hot posibbly melting the watch, or not working in general with solar watches, power buttons don't work, etc. I've had this for about a week and had three of the watches on for a round each to charge, and so far it's works well (it gets somewhat warm, but it does work with my watches). I have no complaints, my watches started at low to medium charge are now fully charged. It's about twice the size of an Apple Watch charger, and is small and light enough to carry in a back pack for travel. The charge cycle is nine hours, but it's charged my watches in maybe two to three hours. It wasn't too expensive, and it's really easy to use. Pretty descent buy!

Works very well. Charged my Casio watch that was at medium level power for 15 minutes and it was at high power. I like that this charger is metallic based and is doesn’t get hot. I’m happy with it and would buy it again for my son who has a lot more solar watches than I do.

Comes with two rubber mount, I use small one for my gshock to avoid light leak in the edges It has some dust inside the clear lens and LED, care to use air blower before final assembly of the clear lens to keep the inside clean of particles.

This is well-made, hooks up and powered by USB-C via USB-A cable. It is amazing how after 9 hours, it shuts off, as advertised. It is blindingly bright, but for how bright it is, it emits very little heat, and the watch stays cooler than if it was on your wrist. I measured the temperature of the back of my watch, and it is 84.7 degrees F, and the charging unit itself is 86.2 degrees F while powered on and charging a watch. I think this charger is close to perfect. The only improvement I could suggest would be a two-watch charger.

Funny thing. I always thought that a solar watch got its light from the sun. But, without this little light (very, very bright, I might add) my battery runs down. And, that is not a good thing! Every other day I just put my watch on it, and leave it. It turns itself off, and now my watch stays charged.

Also ich habe einen G-Shock GST B-300 und auf einmal hat er keinen Power mehr Batterie leer. ich habe sie an der Sonne gestellt hat es fast nichts getan habe verschiedene billigen Ladegeräte benutzt hier vom amazon hat nichts gebracht. dieser habe ich hier gekauft der hat zwei Wochen oder so gedauert bis gekommen ist, ich habe innerhalb von zweieinhalb Stunden meine Uhr geladen ich brauche keine 40 Stunden was für ein super toller teil

Build quality is excellent, really impressed. The gadget is simple but very effective. It charges my Casio watches very effectively with virtually no light bleeding out from the sides. It is very small but has a nice weight to it because of the solid metal construction. Would highly recommend if you have any solar watches. Delivery to UK from Amazon US was really impressive. Arrived within a week.

Mooi materiaal van uitstekende kwaliteit. 2 verschillende maten van siliconen ringen zijn zeer handig om verschillende maten van horloges op te leggen. Zeer makkelijk in gebruik door de handige schakelaar een anti slip voetjes. Enige nadeel misschien is dat de lamp toch wat warmte afgeeft aan het horloge. Verder ben ik heel tevreden over deze aankoop!

Very bright place your watch on top of it and forget about it for a few hours. Charged very fast. Its tiny so slides into side drawer taking up no space at all. Comes with two rubber toppers for different size watches. Worth the cash on dreary days with no sun. Does not get hit at all just very very bright until watch covers it up.
