I watched videos of experts turning wrecked cars into showroom cars. When I tried it, I couldn't reach the dents from behind except on one where as soon as I saw the metal move, I had made an irreparable pimple dent. Yikes. Now I'm afraid to use it.Maybe this would be good for someone taking a class. Also, I thought it came with a striped line light but it didn't so I had to buy that as well.

This will pull a shallow dent but a sharp hit or something that has a deeper area this will not work.

Tried to remove a small dent on my son's Lexus but the glue kept peeling off and would not pull the dent.

Came in heavy durable bag, kit is as pictured. First couple tries ok but works well when you get it figured out. Would buy again.

The glue gun hardly worked and I figured that's the end of something like this. About a week later I received an email from the vendor, who said he would correct the problem. Now, I expected them to send me a new glue gun, but they sent a new kit.With the new kit I was able to get one of the dents mostly out. It was on a body ridge which is difficult to remove but it's almost gone. The other is on the hood and I'm working at this a little at a time. It will probably have to be fixed with Bondo but I'm hoping to keep working at it to see if I can get more out.

The glue supplied with this kit does not adhere to the dent puller tip. The tool would work if the glue would stick to the tips that were provided.

This puller worked great, pulled the dent out fast and easily.
