This is hands down the best cleaner I’ve ever found for pet stains/smells. It even has a pleasant fresh scent.

This is amazing stuff! First time I used it I could tell it started working to remove a stain while I sprayed. When I was finished there was no trace at all. I won’t buy anything else.

Best I have tried so far.
Got the urine odor out temporarily for 3-4 days, but then it came back. It is the best product I have found so far though. Beat the Nature's Miracle by a mile. I just got the Urine specific product of this brand, and I am excited to see what it does. Is probably great for stains, but we have an old stain that just smells... and this did not completely get it out. However, best brand I have tried to date. At least it dampened the smell a bit.

Took out all stains from cat having upset tummy. LOVE this product!!

Works great!
I've been using OUT! Oxy-Fast for about 3 years after trying a few other WAY more expensive products and I'm hooked. I have a cockapoo who occasionally has accidents at night and this removes ALL the odor and any staining, as well. On a spot that's still wet, I soak up what I can with a towel and spray it well and there's never an odor left. On the ones that have already dried, I spray the spot and it immediately starts foaming and I continue spraying in a circle around that spot until what I've sprayed isn't foaming. Then I know I've got it all. This is the only product I know of that gets rid of OLD odors.EDIT: I came back to make another purchase and found that the price has quadrupled!! I don't know what could possibly justify the current price of $15.99 but you can buy this all day long at Walmart for a little over $4. I normally depend on Amazon so that I don't have to go to Walmart but in this case, I'm on my way to Walmart.

Not really that great
Weak product not really thrilled with it. Just average not that strong.

AWESOME
I bought this by accident one day. After I used it I fell in love. This just don't clean after your pet it also clean spot out of your rug from other things. I could not remember the name of this stuff since as I said bought by accident, but I remembered what it looked like and when I found it on Amazon I thought I struck gold.
