Q: Does this stretch at all?

No, the jacket doesn't stretch.

Q: What is the material on the inside made of? I have a similar jacket that attracts pet fur on the inside because it is more like fleece material.

It will attract fur but as the inner material is not too thick it is not as bad as a normal fleece jacket, unltimately depends on how much you can tolerance.

Q: Im 5'9 185lbs muscular build, should i get medium or large?

A size large would be more comfortable especially if you want to layer underneath. I bought a large for 6 ft 180 lb build.

Q: What the difference between the color black and boulder?They look the same on the picture

Black is Black and Boulder is a warm gray. I purchased to wrong one because the picture was wrong, but my son liked the color
