I ordered 2 sets and delivery was great. One set was bad and failed one cartridge at a time by leaking toner onto the drum and therefore streaking the paper. The black was fine, but the colors failed at different points in time. Each time I contacted the seller and after providing a couple of simple photos of the issue, they promptly replaced each cartridge. All since have worked perfectly. So I just got a bad batch where the cartridges had probably been filled one time too many. But the helpfulness and responsiveness of the vendor was incredible. Hard to get great support these days, but they stand by their product and I highly recommend them,

Great packaging, from the outside in. Toner inserts flawlessly and worked without hassle, instantly. Color looks accurate and nothing important is sub-standard. The only thing that made me raise an eyebrow was that I happened to first select the cyan cartridge that also had a cyan colored label. The second cartridge I selected had a cyan colored label as well but had the word "Yellow" printed on it. Everything was labeled fine, but with everything else being top-notch, it was strange that the actual color of the label didn't always match the actual toner color.So if you buy this, make sure you read what color is printed on the cartridge and ignore the actual color of the label.

I placed the black cartridge 2 weeks ago.My Brother MFC-L8900CDW likes it, and the Brother Status Monitor still shows as BK=full.Next color when the time comes.So far, so good.And yes, if all goes well, I would strongly recommend this over the Brother's OEM cartridges.

These Toner Cartridges are terrible, they have ruined my printers printing, they leak all over the place and stain all my print outs. I have cleaned out my print & its Toner cartridge tray several times; doesn't help I would never buy again!
