I cannot give this product enough stars. I absolutely love them. They are a life saver. I have sever arch pain due to plantar fasciitis. The sleeve offers compression for the ligament inflammation and the insert provides just enough arch support. I know I should be wearing support shoes, but I prefer to be barefoot in my house. These allow me to do that and still have arch support. I put these on and after a few days had no arch pain. I mistakenly stopped wearing them and the pain returned, so I put them on again yesterday. After wearing them all day yesterday, my feet feel much better today, despite having stood most of yesterday. Before these there were times I could hardly walk because of foot pain. I love the fact that they allow me to be barefoot and still have arch support. I love them so much, I bought several more pairs for back up. They do not work well in shoes with existing arch support, as the arch then becomes to be too high and puts too much pressure on your foot arch, so I do have to take them off while wearing shoes. But taking them on and off is a small price to pay for no foot pain.

I used to have serious scoliosis with lower back pain in my early 20s, so I had to do physical therapy and chiropractic for my treatment for over 2 years. After then I almost recovered, but was told I will need to be careful with my posture all the time because it might be occurred anytime. Now I’m doing an office job sitting on a chair for 8 hours a day, sometimes my legs and feet hurt. The pain got worse if I work out after getting off work. I tried to stretch my legs and back, but it was bothersome and didn’t really help. Finall found out the pain was due to plantar fascitis, and ordered this arch. I’ve been using it every single day after I came home after work, and it really reduces my feet pain. The bands fit my feet very naturally, I don’t have any feeling of irritation with them at all even when I put my socks and shoes over.Upon my experience of using it, it works for me. I also love the blue soft gel cushion, especially when I go for a grocery shopping because I feel like is absorbs floor impacts.

I've had back pain for a while now and I also started to feel pain on my hip bones as well. I tried to alleviate the pain by trying to fix my posture and doing light stretches in the morning, but it didn't help much. So my friend recommended me this arch support. I would just put it on daily even when I go out or go to bed. At first I didn't expect much, but after using it for about two weeks, I can feel that my back pain had gotten much better. I think this also helps me have a better posture even without noticing. It can be easily worn either indoors or outdoors so it doesn't require any effort in time or place. I would recommend this to someone who has a bad posture or has a back pain!

Misleading description. NOT two pair. Two bands, two inserts (that I won’t use anyway). Thought I would be receiving 4 bands. Also much smaller than I would expect for a Medium. I have small, narrow feet and my toes started turning red from loss of circulation after just a few minutes, and I regularly wear arch support bands, so I am used to the way they should feel. Will be returning.

I've had Plantar Fasciitis for a few months now & getting out of bed and taking those first few steps is usually excruciating. I put my arch supports right after working. They felt good. I wore them all evening for relieving arch pain.when I got up in the morning it was VERY much improved. I was surprised at this effect.I am using the arch cushion which is provided additionally because I have the strong arch pain.Certainly the pain of the arch has decreased. I hope that I will only wear the arch band in the future after the plantar fasciitis is eased.

I guess they're better than nothing, but yet again, there is scant support there. Also, you have to position the silicone support part, slip the bands on, adjust, adjust, adjust to try and get and keep the supports where you need them. They also don't really fit where you need them, unless you have tiny feet (size women's US 6 or smaller). I wear a size women's US 9 and they just don't cover the length of the entire span, and they aren't high enough to do much good. If you wear them under socks the rubbing of the different materials (socks, bands, and supports) can create a blister, and without socks you have much the same problem. They are nearly impossible to get on and right over socks, so don't bother wasting your money.If they maybe had the idea to have a sewn in pocket for the supports and different supports to choose from so that you could find the best fit for you and keep the support in place and keep it from rubbing, that'd be great!

WAY too small - i wear a size 8 and i cannot wear these for more than a couple minutes. they are so small and are not stretching out. i was hoping the more i wear them the looser they become but even just wearing them with my feet up (not walking with them) causes pain.

although the foot sleeves and added gel pieces fit well and felt ok, the missing stars are because I and others were truly expecting two pairs of them. Instead, the "2 pair" is used to indicate that there is 1 pair of foot sleeves and 1 pair of gel inserts. Awfully misleading.

Only received one pair. Said 2 pairs on the box!
