I bought this carry on luggage because Air Canada deemed my old one too big to store in the overhead bin (even though I had no issues for years with many other airlines). I ran the dimensions of this BAGSMART luggage across every major airline website and, on paper, it's within the max carry on dimensions of every major airline. I then tested this by bringing the luggage on board to recent Delta, American Airlines, and Alaska Airlines flights to and from Alaska. It easily fit on all three.Additionally, this purchase is good value. I looked at comparable suitcases on various third-party websites and, for hard carry-on luggage, the price range falls closer to the $150 - $180 range. No issues in terms of durability so far. In Seward Alaska, I dragged this luggage for a full mile on the shoulder of a gritty road and the wheels held up well.

I love the color, the texture, the space, the smoothness. Seems like a great value! Zipper feels amazing, love the handle and maneuverability.Only question… my puppy liked it too and chewed up the wheels pretty bad almost immediately when I got it… do you have replacement wheels available? My heart is broken. It was so pretty and perfect before she ruined the awesome wheels…

My unit is defective. The extendable arm will not stay extended when pushing when pushing on the right side. It just keeps collapsing. Very frustrating. However, even without this problem I still don't think this is worthy of the $100 price tag. The shell is too thin for extensive travel and the wheels tangle too easily. Regular travelers will want a more consistent travel experience.
