Arm keeps detaching/coming out
Product seemed amazing quality but after less than a week then left arm keeps detaching and coming out, it's held in with a cable tie and no matter how tight you pull it, it still detaches nearly every time you touch the arm.

Not as the picture
It's a lovely doll however the right hand is not the same as the initial pictures: all the fingers are curled inward, instead of first and last pointing out, and so it appears club-like. The hair is also not as the original pictures. Best to look at the later pictures, further down the page, to see what you're going to get. The 'posable' bit is tricky. I can see the head and limbs are supposed to twist around but with the material of the body wedged into the joint, they hardly move at all. However, for the price it is appealing and very lifelife, with a cute face. Heavy though.

Shocking!!!
Head was hanging off and when we completely unwrapped it the entire head came off, cheap utter rubbish!! Amazon need to stop selling such garbage!

Retuned doll
The doll was ordered for the granddaughter but alas she did not like it, so it has been returned and another to her liking has been ordered.
