Fits perfectly! Size guide is correct!Material is stretchy and feels like against the skin. As the bag fills, the belt will stretch with it.Zipper is nicely designed as I can just unzip then take the pouch out to empty. Sometimes it might take me a bit to reposition my pouch back into the belt but once I do that, it’s good to go.I’ve hand washed it so far and it’s held up nicely!It’s also a little cheaper than name brand!

My wife recently had surgery and needed and ostomy belt. She has a small size ostomy belt but it may be too small for her comfort according to her. So I got the medium sized one for her and this seems to be better. It can be adjusted to fit her better without being too tight.She says it holds everything in place without constriction. She also said that this is easy to zip and unzip to allow for cleaning the bag. My wife did say that the material is soft against the skin, and it isn't irritating at all. However, she did say that it does get to be quite warm, especially during the hot days. Overall, she likes the ostomy belt and says it works well.
