I added bolts of different lengths to use as legs to be able to adjust the height off the bottom of the pressure cooker. The racks are just the right thickness. They are lightweight but sturdy & very stable. They hold the weight of full quart jars. Easy to use.

These are made from thin material but seem to work fine. I don’t do a lot of canning but after one summer it still looks new.

I didn't get these for that purpose, they seem good quality, and good for what I did get them for.

Good value for the money. I like the size of these as they fit my pan well. No dents and they didn't warp when used. The metal seemed consistent with no discoloration. I used them to hold 8-8 oz jelly jars on one layer and had a single quart jar on the 2nd layer. They were stable. I recommend.

The decks are determined as to which side is up. They are flat enough to support small jars. The Stainless is ferric, but photo shows no evidence of rust with repeated use. As luck has it, (see photo) they are very close in size to the decks in the All American 921/931 pressure canners. My 921 is a tool I will never replace in my lifetime. There is one small annoyance with it. While it will hold 16 pint jars in a batch, if you pack just ONE quart, then you are down to a single layer of 7 or 8 jars. This value priced multitude of decks allows me to layer up for 8 oz and 4 oz jars. Even better, it gives me a sacrifice. The photo of "pac man" shows one of these cut to allow a quart jar to stick up through it. There is another I cut in two halfs to allow an adjustable hole for up to 3 quarts, while still holding 9 or 10 pints in two layers. With these decks, a bit of ingenuity, and Cutco kitchen shears we have eliminated the annoyance. The energy savings eliminating at least one run every harvest weekend will actually pay for them. The extra hour+ of sleep on Sunday night is a bonus.

I actually use these in the air fryer toaster. I just spray it with a little oil before adding the food. The holes and stainless steel are perfect for air frying. Then they go in the dishwasher flat like plates.

Metal seems strong. Jars balance well
