I recently acquired a Dell Optiplex 3050 Micro PC, which was reporting high NVMe drive temperatures (drive is a SAMSUNG MZVLW256HEHP-000L7).I was a bit dubious as to how effective a £3.99 NVMe heatsink could be, but since I hadn't spent a whole heap on the PC itself, decided to try it out.To my amazement, it has slashed my drive's idle temperatures from ~69°c down to ~27.9°c. It was easy to install. I noticed another review saying the heat pads were too thin -- I didn't experience this issue for this particular drive.I feel this £3.99 price must be temporary to attract purchases and reviews, but given the quality and performance of this heatsink, I'd be happy to have paid x2-3 as much.

Bought two to hide the M.2 NVME SSDs in my all black Aliennware Aurora R16. Also drops the temps by 12 deg C.

Good thermal pads are pre-applied - four crews to do up and its on, job done. Nice thick heatsink. No more throttling NVME drive. I had bought a Crucial Gen3 x4 NVME drive that run hot and it never went very fast - after getting a new heatsink it goes at 7400Ms/sec some of the time. Well done Thermalright.

Easy installation, works well and good price. WHT more can I say.

To fit the ps5 I had to take the screws off and fit it without them and it also sits to high so struggles to put the plate on

So you always take a gamble buying one of the cheapest of anything on Amazon. This has a remarkable level of build quality for the price, it's easy to install (took me less than 10 minutes), in terms of cooling the highest temps I was seeing before installation was 77°C and after I ran three stress tests in rapid succession the highest was 62°C. I ran the tests several times because it's quite a hefty chunk of aluminium and I wanted to be sure I saturated it with heat. Due to it's heft it holds on to the temperature for a while after heating up which means it takes a while for it to cool back down and it took a solid 10 minutes to get down to it's base temperature of 49°C (51°C before install), this is the reason I deducted one star. So my only concern is that it is more heat sink than heat spreader and it potentially could build in temperature under sustained load over long periods. But as it lost a single degree during the final stress test it looks like it dissipates the heat quickly enough that it won't continue to climb beyond 62°C (in my case). Hopefully that gives you some insight into what to expect

Keeps my temperatures 10c lower than before, great heatsink, easy to install, small, lightweight and works, comes with 2 preapplied thermal pads, just have to remove the plastic cover on them, perfect.
