Having a complete keyless car system, it was only ...
Having a complete keyless car system, it was only a matter of time before someone could piggy back my signals from the house and get the car. I had heard of these type of pouches from work, so plucked for these based on other reviews. I was a but skeptical, but they really work. With the keys just sitting in the protected area(there are two pockets in each one), I couldn't even open the car door standing right next to it, and the pouch was not even shut. As soon as I took the keys out, then it was all systems go again.Make sure you get the two, one for the main keys and one for the always forgotten spares. At this prices, it's a no brainer if you have any keyless or "non line of sight" car keys.

Seems good quality and and well made
Bought these for a new keyless entry Kuga after my daughter had her new keyless Fiesta stolen off her driveway by the radio signal method. These appear to work well and seem to be lasting. Only thing, and this is a very minor thing, is that there are two pockets in each pouch and only one is lined, ie RFID blocking. It’s easy in the dark to put the car key in the wrong pouch. The size means that the pouch will only hold one car key so you’ll have to detach it from the rest of your keys. There is an external ring on the pouch to attach the rest of the keys to If needed. All in all quite impressed.UpdateHaving now used one of these pouches since February it has failed completely. I can now open and start the car with the key fully in the pouch. There doesn’t seem to be any apparent wear or damage. I have got the other pouch out which hasn’t been used so far and that seems to work at the moment. I have no confidence in these pouches and am on the case of buying an alternative. I have tried to contact the supplier but have been ignored so far. Poor.

Good value, performs very well - oversized
These should be large enough to contain the fob of any vehicle, regardless of marque. There are two pockets, the deeper of which could contain a small phone or, the fob can go in that and the smaller one used for a few debit/credit cards. In reality, it is probably too large for most fobs but is apparently the smallest of its kind available.I tried to unlock the car with the fob inside the case and it would not, proving it to be effective. As there are two, one could be on your person in a pocket and the other can be kept somewhere at home, as a spare, with the spare fob inside. There is a small ring attached at the top by which it attached to a key ring, key chain or even the key cord or similar sometimes found within jacket pockets, handbags, suitcases etc.Good value in relation to the cost of a car or the loss of a No Claims Bonus or payment of the Excess fee should it be stolen.

Initially ok but after a while it stopped working. Overall disappointed.
Hi. I bought my item at end of June 2018. I was very pleased with it initially. Although I expected it to last longer than this. I noticed in the last couple of days that I can open my car when the key is in the pouch. The pouch isn’t damaged in anyway, still looks good as new but the signal blocking has stopped working. I’ve swapped to the second one I had in the pack, put my first in a run box with my spare key. Surely though, it should last longer. I also encourage you to test yours if you’ve had it for a while. Why it’s stopped working is beyond me but that’s where we are. Very disappointed to be honest. Will be looking for a better replacement.

It’s a no brainer for £10
Good simple and cheap product that stops your key fob from being scanned. Stealing cars has got a lot more difficult so the thieves have come up with a new way to steal your car. They either have to break in and steal your keys or scan them with a special scanner from outside your address. This faraday pouch stops your keys from being scanned if you put them in the pouch. You get two for £10 that’s one each for your main key and spare. Is your car worth £10, it’s a no brainer even if I think my car isn’t worth stealing.

Blocks all radio signals- protect your car keys
This works. I tested it by putting my car keys in it then stood next to the keyless entry door handle of my car and when I pressed it nothing happened. So if the car receiver doesn't receive the signal when it is right next to it then that means my keys are safe when inside the house.Only negative is that you need to double check each time to make sure the key goes into the main protected pocket and not the outside unprotected one. Other than that I can't fault this.

... larger item so that the fob could sit inside comfortably. That
They work but are bulky and the material isn't that flexible so I had to stretch it for a couple of days with a larger item so that the fob could sit inside comfortably. That, and the fold over tab could do to be longer so that when the fob is inside, the velcro meets without fussing around making adjustments. It appears to work which, after all, is the point. The score would be a considerably less if it was based on practicality.

It is a security pouch
I have not put them (2) into practise yet, a good idea but I was bit disappointed in the size, they take up to much pocket space, big enough for two key fobs I only want to accommodate one fob in my pocket at a time, and other one (spare) indoors or on my partners person.
