To fiddly to operate I was unable to set it up, sending it back

No power in speakers ,fiddley to use ,would not connect to phone ,sent back same day not worth the effort .

I am using MEBAK S3 earbuds which seem by far better, (It is a pity that are not longer available) and thought to buy these earbuds as a gift to a friend.Delivery was effected well earlier than predicted. Perfect packing. As regards to product quality, acceptable though, for shake of good order, would state that while material is described as "silicone", in fact earbuds are are regular plastic as all earbuds. Only the plugs are made of silicone. Very poor user's manual, as opposed to 18 pages of MEBAK manual, without clear instructions. As far as could understand from the manual, earbuds are not digital but analog. There is not any short of mode (indoor or outdoor) but only increasing/decreasing volume. Bluetooth is not always connecting on starting, while all my efforts to connect manually failed.Sound amplification indoor is very good and clear if volume is adjusted properly. Regretfully same does not apply outdoors. Wind, traffic, car noise e.t.c. are all amplified, which makes their use outdoors impossible. (No noise canceling) Would appreciate if Seller could provide some short of assistance.Duration of earbuds use, after overnight charging hardly exceeds 5-6 hours.As a result of all above, I am reluctant to give it as a gift, so I keep it as reserve to my MEBAK S3, reserving the right to return them within time specified, if I do not receive any advice/assistance from the Seller.
