I like this toothpaste! As others have mentioned, I was disappointed when Jason discontinued the Powersmile tea tree oil and cinnamon gel. Thus began my search for a non-mint toothpaste option with fluoride- there are hardly any others out there. I was so glad to find this: the flavor is good, it has fluoride, the price is good. It is paste vs. the previous product's gel, but that has not turned out to be any issue at all. Recommended.

I love cinnamon toothpastes and I've had several, from Tom's to Crest to Xyli-white and finally, Close-Up.Without a doubt, this is THE most disgusting cinnamon toothpaste (or any toothpaste) I've ever had. Which is a bummer because I normally buy toothpastes in multipacks, because, again, I've never had a bad toothpaste. But now I've learned I've got to be wary. At least this one came solo so I don't have to suffer through multiple tubes.I saw another review claiming it "contains carcinogens", and the ingredient they named is one that has had inconclusive studies showing that it might have had a carcinogenic effect on some animals, and that there could conceivably be a limited risk if humans were inhaling it in large quantities of raw powder form. Which is about as far as something can possibly be from being a health risk while still having some kernel of truth to the claim....So let it be known: you should not separate out the ingredients of vast quantities of this toothpaste, condense them, dehydrate them, and then inhale that.Otherwise, all this is moot because the product itself tastes like hospitals smell and it's disgusting, so don't buy it for that reason -- not because you think it's cancer-causing.

The overwhelming taste is CLOVE. The first second or two, you can taste cinnamon, but then it’s all clove. The stuff tastes pretty good once you get used to it, but it’s *not* at all cinnamon. I do like that it’s a mostly natural toothpaste with fluoride since we don’t have fluoridated water here, and yes, it really does matter to get some.

I've been using Jason's toothpaste for years, and it continues to meet my expectations. The taste is pleasant, and it leaves my teeth feeling clean and fresh after brushing. It’s a reliable choice for maintaining oral hygiene, and I appreciate the consistent quality.

I’m not a fan of mint flavors at all and for years I have been using tea tree oil and cinnamon gel with fluoride (yes, I want fluoride as it’s recommended by my dentist and I want to prevent cavities). I was distraught when I learned they discontinued it. I thought, well the cinnamon one will be good, it’s still Jason. Nope. It’s runny and it has that gross stevia flavor. It also didn’t have a seal when I opened it which I found a little strange. I gave it two stars instead of one only because I’m grateful to Jason for making a non-mint toothpaste with fluoride. I hope they consider going back to the old formula.

I don't like mint toothpaste. It took me a long time to finally search for something that makes brushing my teeth feel less like a dreaded chore. I really like cinnamon so I thought I would give this one a try as it is proving quite difficult to find non-mint Fluoride toothpaste.The flavor is cinnamon and clove (even though the package only says cinnamon) and the clove is completely overpowering. It definitely leaves my mouth feeling fresh, but the flavor is too strong. Probably will not purchase again. Good quality and leaves my teeth feeling and looking super clean and fresh, but not for me.

I read a lot of reviews on different toothpastes. I wanted a cinnamon, SLS free, with fluoride toothpaste and this one was one of the very few I found. It was also the most affordable. People said that the flavor was weird compared to the old formula, but being a person who never tried the old one before I think it’s just right and expect I’ll get it again when it’s time to buy more.
