Bought this for my mother, good bed easy to assemble.

The printed instructions included were some of the worst I've ever experienced. Small photos of two different models were interchanged without explanation. And way too few photos were included. The instructions named parts to be manipulated but the name was not self explanatory so one had to guess what the instructions were referring too. I'm a reasonably experienced do-it-yourself'er who does all my own mechanical work on all my motorcycles and bicycles but due to the crappy instructions, it took 3+ hours to get this thing working and there wasn't even that much assembly. Once assembled, the bed was okay. The side rails seemed a little flimsy and the spring loaded button to release and lower the rail was tough enough to use that a care giver could not release it. Hopefully eases up with use.

It took us awhile to figure out the orientation of mounting the motor and driveshaft due to crappy instructions. Unit works well, motor is quiet. Side rails work but seem cheap. Side rail installation not listed in instructions.

It didn’t hold up. After less than 6mos the electrical didn’t work

We had to get our uncle into a hospital bed asap. The one medicare offered did not meet the needs he had. He declined very quickly and the bed did not arrive before we had to borrow one for him. It was very painful to move him, so when the bed did arrive, we decided to send it back. He died within 5 days. At first we were told that we had to pay return shipping and a restock fee. But once the situation was explained we were given a prepaid return label and fully refunded. Very good news to us in a sad situation. Thank you.

The product is exactly as promised. It really works well for my 98-year-old mother-in-law. It makes sitting her up and down so easy. I’m annoyed at myself for waiting so long to order it. We had a slight problem with shipping and a part got damaged. Dealing with the customer service with this company for the problem was a pleasure! Fast, polite, good follow-up, a fast result—they were truly outstanding. We were all around happy with this merchant and our purchase.
