The Hesketh family have been in The Sticky Business for over 30 years. After two moves, we have been in our current SALSA accredited Kitchen for 15 years. All our jams and marmalades are made in small batches by Liz & Fiona. We use Scottish fruit for the jams and still fill the strawberry jam by hand to keep the fruit whole.
