The laptop arrived in excellent condition, with no imperfections and only 15 battery cycles. It looks and works like new. The only downside is that it didn’t come with the original charger, so I had to buy one separately. Other than that, the laptop is perfect. Details: MacBook Pro 16-inch (2023) M2, 16GB RAM, 512GB storage.

This MacBook looks virtually brand new—flawless, without a single scratch or blemish. The battery cycle count is at 81, and it performs perfectly. Every port, the keyboard, WiFi, and speakers function exactly as expected. While the packaging wasn’t impressive, it hardly mattered given the pristine condition of the device. It did come with an off-brand charger, which is a slight letdown considering Apple’s premium quality, but not a dealbreaker for me. The only lingering question is whether any non-OEM parts have been used. I’ve had generic components in my iPhone before and wasn’t a fan, but so far, this MacBook feels 100% original.

I am VERY HAPPY with this Apple 2023 MacBook Pro with Apple M2 Pro chip, 16-inch screen, 32GB RAM, 8TB SSD Storage, and am also very happy about the price. I've had at least a dozen MacBook Pros / PowerBooks in the past. This refurbished computer came with a 1 year Apple Care warranty, and has plenty of processor power and RAM for using lots of open apps; gives excellent performance with processor intensive apps like Premier Elements 2026. The clincher to buy, for me, was the 8TB SSD - good luck finding a better deal on an M2 Pro (or any Macbook Pro) with this big an SSD. Yes, Apple has moved forward with M3s, M4s, and M5s, which could save a few seconds or a minute here and there... those very infrequent brief moments just give me a chance to appreciate the THOUSANDS I saved by buying this computer.

Excellent, great computer at a great price. Like new condition

Decided to buy the macbook pro 16in from amazon refurbished since their provided re-sellers had decent track record for delivering good refurbished products. Buying refurbished from amazon would also save me around $300 compared to apples own refurbished store, Feel like I should have just ordered from apple. The macbook didn't come with the original packaging which I was ok with as long as the product worked as advertised and didnt have any major cosmetic defects. As soon I pulled the laptop from the packaging I could see the apple logo and the sides had some noticeable scratches. Things got worse when opening the laptop there was dent on the right side of the keyboard where the palm rest area ends and falls off. It was dented in such a way that the metal comes off higher than it should which could hurt the screen later on. The screen and the keyboard had fingerprints, smudges, and various liquid stains I was pretty annoyed at this point but if the laptop worked all would be good. Then I was met with another surprise when trying to use the magsafe charging port, it didn't work and when I tried using a type c charger to charge it. The device didn't seem to gain any charge apart from flashing the not enough battery symbol on the screen. Then there was a sticker that said the device had been last inspected in November which clearly isn't true since the laptop wasn't fully functional, had too many cosmetic damage, and was dirty. Not gonna completely blame amazon for this horrible refurbished experience but they should be more strict with resellers on their site, in my case it was LoopMobile. Still waiting on my refund so I can actually get a working device from apples official website, ill be paying a premium but at least I know the device will come in an actual excellent condition, which is the condition I had picked from when ordering from amazon but clearly that wasn't the case.

Have had it for 3 months and is running strong. It came in good condition and original charging brick.

This was in immaculate condition, genuinely looked like it had never been touched before. not a single scratch, dent. 100% battery health. Only thing missing was the original box, but it even had the original apple documentation. Seriously impressed with this purchase.
