I bought this to make cheesecake in my Instant Pot. It fits great - just haven't had time to make a cheesecake yet.

Great pan - perfect for my Instant Pot. Shipped from the Netherlands and took 7 weeks to get to me in Ontario Canada.I was not in a hurry for it and could not find one locally. Price was good and we have used it twice for cheese cake withno issues. I recommend this item.

I cut a cheese cake recipe in 1/2 and used a 10" spring pan...worked OK but the cake was a little "thin"...this new pan is perfect. will be making cheese cake more often now that I don't have to make a LARGE cheese cake

Bought this for use in an Instant Pot. For that, it fits perfectly.Not great quality, it's slightly bent and the bottom doesn't seal perfectly.
