These are great fireplace doors for the money! I was pleasantly impressed of the high quality; these are heavy well made doors. They were well packaged but no written instructions. Refer to the install video on the Amazon site. The install is easy, just be patient with the alignment ( adjusting the screws at the top bracket) as it will take a few tries to get them just right. The local fireplace store quoted $2,000 for similar glass doors. So much for trying to buy local.

Install was absurdly easy. Just slide the pins into the guides and done. Fit my model as advertised. Fit and travel is not perfect but is functional and looks fine from a normal viewing distance. Can’t compare the fit to the OEM door since it was gone when I got this fireplace. Very minor blemishes were on the glass but not visible from distance. Haven’t lit a fire with new doors yet. Shipping was quick and package was well protected.

I have a Heatilator E36 Fireplace that was installed back when the house was built in the mid 90s, and since then the original door has dissappeared. This door was the easiest time I've ever head replacing g any door. Super well packaged for shipping, with everything bubble wrapped independently then wrapped together with a nice sturdy box. The frame of the door itself is a sturdy metal with nice tempered glass. The hardware itself has near limitless adjustability with the mounting pins on top and bottom being able to be loosed and adjusted to lineup the mounting. After a little bit of finessing the fireplace itself I now have an easily opening, good looking door for my fireplace. Being tempered glass and what looks to be durable paint, it should be easy to clean!

This looks great, fit perfectly and most importantly took 5 minutes to easily install.

Replacement doors for Heatilator EC36. Doors fit well and look great once I got them installed. They were well packaged for shipping and arrived promptly as promised. Issue I had was the glass was not pressed into the frames evenly from the factory so the doors could not fully close (because the glass panels hit each other before the hinge could open completely). I contacted customer service and have to say they were great and offered to send a replacement door if it could not be fixed (5 stars for service). Once I was confident that they would send a replacement if something broke... I used a bar clamp as a press to gently slide the glass panels into proper alignment in the tracks. Problem solved. I would have given 5 stars except for quality control issue. Hate to have to fix something I just paid for... that being said I will order from this company again because of the prompt responses from customer service and offer to ship replacement if it could not be repaired on site.

Excellent upgrade. Very happy with the quality. I have the E42 model and it was a perfect match.
