Brought 1 to replace the old tube which came with the light kit from B&Q only to be told B&Q don,t sell replacement tubes so i brought this 1 from amazon u k & i have to say it was very well packed & delivery was first class & good quality tube i even brought another 2 in case they stop making them thanks again amazon u k

Longish lasting
Had lights in Kitchen & bathroom had to replace 3 tubes in about 10 yrs so excellent value for money & does the job they were designed for

Terrible service
Build didn’t work needed a 3500k this was a 4100k - tried to contact several times - phone dead - no response to several emails - DO NOT used this awful business.

Replacement circular tube for bathroom fitting
This was a replacement tube for a failing bathroom fitting. I was concerned about the effectiveness of the packing bearing in mind this is a fragile item. The tube was beautifully packed and it arrived completely intact and is working perfectly. Full marks to the seller.
