The unit itself works as advertised. Connected with devices easily, however, the strap itself had the Velcro tab separate from the strap requiring me to glue it back together with fabric glue. We will have to see how well that holds. Over all though, a good unit, just the strap needs work.

This heart monitor does everything I need had a great price point! My functionality requirements are fairly basic, I'm connecting to Polar Beat and Zwift, and it works perfectly. Previously, I ordered one with a strap around my chest and it continued to fall off, this one stays in place without fail. Love it!-----> a few days later---->I've seen a couple of reviews that say the app will not pair. I find that very odd, but again, I'm only using two apps. I do agree there could be better "getting started" instructions. I held down the center button on the device then checked my phone and allowed pairing with no problems. When paired it blinks green. If I hold the center button down while green it changes to red and turns off. If I hold again, it turns green and automatically pairs to my phone.BROKE AFTER 7TH WORKOUT. I work out at high intensity and I suppose it's not waterproof.

The watch will not pair with any of my devices, there are no helpful instructions, and no online instructional videos to be found. I just want a simple HR monitor that displays HR in real time! A waste of money.

I returned the product. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the seller. This product will not let you simply monitor heart rate.
