Great book not only.for leaders, but all humans
Like the way Avinash has woven qualities and behaviors from.childhood to current age problems faced within corporate world as well as individual professionals. Very handy tools amd case studies that can be applied to complex issues today. Book will force us to resurrect our natural playful amd problem.solving skills that we are born with, but somehow lost along the way. Highly recommended!

Review on the book - Play2Transform
As a designer and a psychology student, I could resonate to every single concept that was written in the book. This book gives fabulous tips to companies on how they can approach the current generation via play and incorporate it in their business as well. The concept of “play” bridges the gap between two generations’ approach towards work in the industry.

Break away from every day thinking, do something new!
I recently read Play to Transform by Avinash Jhangiani and it has some great insights on how we can increase creativity and innovation in our work life! The idea of losing yourself in Lego without thinking too much or constructing the meaning of a word, with multiple interpretations, this book essentially is a guide to playing. We can detach our conditioned minds to let them explore freely, resulting in creative solutions!

Thus the book is filled with practical, actionable steps to change your mindset, bring back your inner child and watch how that helps the ones in your team too.A book you’d be glad you bought!
