Ankle and wrist weight with firm fit that holds even when running quickly. It also straps well to the forehead for neck exercises, sprinting work or rehab after injury.

Having suffered a stroke which affected my leftside i decided to do some resistance swimming to try to built up my strength. These weights so far seem to be waterproof & they dry quite quick. The velco strap is of good quality & wont come apart even when wet. Also the weights are not overly heavy i think 1kg which is good.The thing is if you have physical weakness its not weight but i think reps & activating the muscle memory. I think you cld use them out of the water as well. For the price of 2 coffees they are well worth the price.

These weights are great. I do a lot of walking daily and my gp suggested I try wearing ankle weights to get more physical benefit from the walking, as I don't do any other exercise. I put these on in the morning and don't take them off until evening. They are very comfortable and I forget I'm wearing them, and I am beginning to feel the benefit. It would be great if I could get this design in 2 x 1kg to move on to, as they are much better than the 1kg ones I have bought.

Arrive earlier than expected which was great, it's a good size weight for me. Got them as part of my physio after an operation on my knee. Comfortable to wear and easy to put on, so far so good and seems to be helping improve the strength in my legs
