The product seems well made and the cat face is cute. The smell so far is pleasant. The dissapointing part is how nothing was included to strap this to your face. I had bought this for my wife for plane trips for sleeping while you sit upright, and the description clearly states extended velcro fasteners are included which is why I bought this.
