I used this on some cod in the air fryer, and it worked great! I like the texture better than some other brands. This is crunchy but not gritty. Fabulous. Will order again.

It's a great addition to a Celiac Friendly Diet , Meatloaf is amazing with these crunchy little guys. Chicken Fingers are also amazing. All around great Gluten free substitute for just about that calls for bread crumbs. Only downside is the small package size, Would be nice if the offered a Family Or Bulk size.

But, for not being organic, it is the best panko. It's so crisp and tasty. Now that my wife has gone gluten free it's great.

I definitely prefer the regular Peko, but my daughter has celiac so we are having to adjust. This works just fine, the taste is fairly neutral.

My kids are such picky eaters and it’s been very hard with chicken and gluten free coating until I found this! This is absolutely delicious for the entire family, gluten fed or not.

I now use this rice panko exclusively. I get very crisp, crunchy results on fish, chicken. I see where some cooks use it to sprinkle on deserts. It’s a delightful upgrade from wheat flower bread crumbs. And this brand is about the best priced. Love it.

Excellent rice crumb panko style breading that works as a coating as well as replacement for bread crumbs in meat loaf. As a celiac, I was more than happy to find a product that works so well and is safe for me to eat (no gluten).

Have not been able to find this panko coating where I live. Was very happy to see that Amazon had it available. And the price good also.

Missing that crunch as a celiac, here it is!
