A very easy to make I just got 8 ounces of cold water. I added one scoop mixed it with a spoon. I didn’t have an electrical mixer so I just mixed it with a spoon as much as I could. It tasted pretty good. It didn’t taste bad at all drink it pretty easy drink it in less than 10 minutes. I’m hoping that it does help with my bloating. I will drink it for seven days to test it out and I will come back and do another review in one week.

Mixes well. No weird aftertaste. I do add more water then recommended which milds out the taste. Definitely better tasting than other brands I’ve tried. FYI im not sure what kool aid others drank as a kid but this definitely does Not taste like what I remember

I tried this based on product description and other reviews. Thank you! Tastes great, easy to take and has been so helpful for me. There is a little scoop in the container. I purchased a little rechargeable frother to mix the powder in water. So fast and mixes well.

I do not get the hype for this green powder, I really wanted to like it because they have quite a few flavor options but after trying the strawberry kiwi flavor today in water (I know some people prefer juice but I prefer water for my green powders and I don't want the added sugar of juice) it was sickeningly sweet. Once I mixed the powder into the water I could smell an almost starburst candy scent and knew this wouldn't be the right product for me. It is my fault for not checking to see that the bloom powder is sweetened with stevia, however I am normally able to ignore the artificial sweetener taste when there is not too much, which is not the case here. Anyway, if you like sweet juices and sugary soda or are okay mixing this into juices and smoothies, this may be a better option for you to get your nutrients, but if you are sensitive to super sweet artificial flavors and intend for this to go in water, I would not recommend.

This definitely is a part of my daily routine. I do not get any stomach upset from it, taste is good and dissolves pretty good for greens.

I've not been using them long enough to speak to their efficacy. The flavor is good compared to other vastly more expensive products. It mixes well and isn't granular.

My granddaughter chose this health powder for me I am an 86year old lady who after my husband died lost my energy and just got listless and not really interested in anything much . ... i didnt like the Bloom powder in water But always a lover of milk started drinking it in milk I can truthfully say I like the sweet taste and will continue taking this health drink as I am feeling so so much better with a lot more life about me .. Thankyou I think this is my happy cure and will buy again . Maimie MacDiarmid
