The flavor is interesting and it causes some burning sensation on your tongue like a hot chili pepper would but it is not a bad sensation. I can handle eating a whole package at once and that is enough. Did I mention how happy this makes you? They say chemicals are released into your brain by the spicy heat of the sensation.
