Q: How do you attach the screen protector? It seems too small.

Make sure the screen protector is lined up with the camera and not covering it. Just press on. If you take it off and on a few times, this will mess up the seal to the screen. The tiny bubble can be pushed out by pressing and gently rubbing those spots.

Q: is this case for the US or international model?

I have the US model and it fits and functions pertectly.

Q: How do I change my phone number

I am not sure I have not had to change my phone number but probably go to setting phone and type in a new number that should work.

Q: Where are the home and page back buttons like the bottom of all other phones?

Those buttons are on your phone not the case.
