My garage is down a shallow hill and, despite my slit drain, water still flowed into the garage creating puddles at the far end.I got a roll of this to hinder the seepage. It's mid winter so as yet, I've not glued it down. As a result some water still seeps under the rubber.It takes a wee while to straighten out the roll, and I'm not sure the final foot will ever be useful. Fortunately I don't need it.Even without the adhesive, it certainly helps cut the flow and the puddles are gone. When the temperature rises and it's properly glued down it should be fine. My electric roller door adjusted automatically to the slightly raised edge.I'm pretty content so far and will update in the spring.

I found this product relatively easy to install, although I perhaps over did it with the adhesive so stick with the instructions. Garage floor is now dry even following an extended period of driving rain so very pleased with the product.

La guarnizione è fatta di gomma robusta e flessibile, resistente alle intemperie e al passare del tempo. Può sopportare il caldo estivo, le piogge autunnali e anche il freddo invernale senza problemi. Questo significa che una volta installata dimentichi di doverla sostituire per un bel po’.Installarla è un gioco da ragazzi, anche per chi non è un mago del fai-da-te! La guarnizione si adatta bene a diverse superfici, come cemento o pavimentazioni lisce, e basta un po’ di colla per tenerla ferma. Arriva in una striscia lunga e si può tagliare facilmente per adattarla alla lunghezza esatta della porta. In pochi minuti è in posizione e pronta a fare il suo lavoro.
