Arrived with a yellow/gold flake (looked like an insect wing or kapton tape) stuck under the label. The label appeared rippled and poorly applied. Upon opening the protective sleeve, another yellow flake was observed on the surface of the needle itself. I assume these are a result of some process of manufacturing the product, but the poorly applied label and yellow flakes do not instill any confidence in the safety or sterility of this product.
