Took this on a trip with the kids and just got back to a power outage and we love it! Cons - on the heavier side; takes a long time to charge via outlet; cable are short - wish this also had a strap to hold onto your device, but having the cables built in while traveling saved us from having to dig in our bags for longer cables so honestly I didn’t even think about grabbing another cable to use; feels a little loose in outlets and you need one with plenty of clearance under it (my mom’s kitchen counter the outlet is sideways and this wanted to flop forward a bit so I had to push something g up against it to hold it closer to wall to charge). Pros - outweigh any cons. Looking back I see that it’s supposed to charge faster with a USB cable which I didn’t realize, I just plug it into the wall - not all of these portable chargers have that feature, I absolutely love that because this makes it really handy if you forget the wall plug piece (and I also don’t have to deal with USB versus USB-C plug ends which I am dealing with as I am trying to switch more over to USB-C instead of USB-A and have some of both with the different wall plugs). This fully charged up my phone, my daughter‘s phone, and was still over 30%. It does take a while to recharge plugged into the wall, but our phones were charged to the point where we didn’t need it while it recharged. Bought this for my son for Christmas so we haven’t had it that long, but haven’t used as much. Seems to hold its charge a long time, I hadn’t plugged it in for a while before we left in my son had used it and it was still nearly fully charged when we grabbed it for the trip. I specifically picked this one because it also has a micro USB option, lightning, cable, and the USB-C cable. Micro USB my son has his insulin pump and also my mom had an older device we were able to charge on it unexpectedly. We are still on the older iPhones with lightning cables, otherwise this would be better with two USB-C cables, but they are short so you couldn’t really have two people using their phones at once on it, and USB-C is great for everything else now. We got back to a power outage and it was on 70% from charging my phone on the drive home - charged up 2 phones overnight and it’s still at more than 30%. On the cruise, the boys were running around everywhere and they use the heck out of this all week sharing between them, I doubt they ever really plugged it back into the wall. Based on my usage, I would say this can get you through at least 48 hours or more depending on how heavily you use your devices. High quality, great value, very much appreciate that we had this on our trip and didn’t have to deal with dying phones. I am looking into some sort of strap to attach it to my phone just to make carrying it around easier because it does become very bulky when you have them together, although with men’s pockets, my son didn’t have any problem, putting it in his pocket with his phone, women’s jeans they didn’t want to fit together in my back pocket.

This is a great charger ! It fits in my small shoulder bag . It charges fast and the battery lasts more than a day ! We have used it to travel overseas and to travel locally when we spend the day in Boston . It’s compatible with different types of devices so we can charge multiple devices at once and still have charge left . It’s easy to use and doesn’t get hot like other chargers . It functions perfect for travel ! This will be a perfect gift for family or even a secret Santa gift!

Meh. Great while it lasted, but failed after 15 or so months. C'est la vie. Definitely make sure you get an extended warranty if you buy one. Odds are you'll be glad you did Update: A few weeks after I posted this review, they contacted me and as of 11/7/25, I have a replacement charger from them FREE OF CHARGE, with a new 12-month warranty. That earned a bump from 3 stars to 4 and this update. Can't bump it to 5 stars, though, as the first one did fail and I went over a month without a charger. Ya never know; I may return at a later date to bump it to 5!

Got this for camping. It’s a great charger, and the connections on it cover most common ports one uses. I charged my iPad with it and purposely used the iPad while I charged it, to see if it would charge faster than it would run out of battery. It took longer to charge when I used it, but it went up about 10% in an hour. When I turned the iPad off and let it charge, it went up another 20% in another hour. In total, charged my iPad 30% with 21% of its own power. The design is sleek and it comes with a pouch to keep it in. You can plug it into an outlet either right side up or upside down, depending on what is most convenient for you. You can also charge it with a USB-C cable, you don’t have to plug it into the wall directly. It’s pretty hefty, which makes it feel like it’s a solid quality. It is slightly smaller than my iPhone (which is the smaller size), and it is about twice as thick. I’m very impressed with it.

i use this everyday at work and it works great. easy to recharge i appreciate that it comes with a wall plug in instead of a whole other wire charger to charge it. it lasts 3 phone charges. i like that i can use it to charge multiple things at once.

I purchased this power bank to replace my old bank that could plug into the wall and my other bank that couldn’t. I was looking for something that could charge my switch on the go without having to carry a separate cable. I originally found the 10,000mAh one and then saw that this 20,000mAh one was $15 off, making it around $7-$8 more than the 10,000mAh one, so why not go for the one that carries double the charge. This power bank is thick and it is heavy, but seeing as it is to hold a lot of charge for a long time, the size and weight of it is pretty good. You probably won’t notice it in your tote bag or backpack, but would probably notice it in your pocket, fanny pack or smaller purse/bag. I can confirm that it does charge my switch and phone at the same time. It did take my switch a while to start charging, maybe 3 seconds, but it did charge, and at the same time as my phone. Overall, I believe this is an amazing product for a great price (I had a $15 coupon). If you don’t mind the extra weight and size, this power bank is the one for you. No need for extra cables, can charge while plugged into the wall, and can charge multiple devices at a time. The case is a wonderful add on to keep it safe. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this power bank and it has become an essential part of our daily routine. I specifically chose this model because it includes built in USB C and lightning cables which is incredibly convenient for our family. Our kids still use older iPads that require different connections and I still use my first generation AirPods so having all the necessary cords attached means I never have to hunt for a spare cable. The design is brilliant because it features a built in wall plug. I love that I can just plug the entire unit directly into the wall to recharge without needing extra blocks or wires. It also has a USB out port if you do need to connect a different type of cable. The twenty thousand mAh capacity is very impressive as it can charge my phone several times along with the iPads and AirPods before the battery pack itself needs to be plugged back in. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the cables are integrated into the design. They stay securely in their holders when not in use and they do not fall out or dangle while I am carrying the bank in my bag. The LED display is also a fantastic feature because it gives me an accurate percentage of exactly how much power is left so I am never caught off guard.

I charged this product fully and then used it for about a week (with constant use) before I had to even think about charging it again. It charged my phone fully about 5-6 times before going down to 20%, when I charged it again. I would worry about the weight of it being a problem for the prongs after a while, but so far I have no issue. I was also concerned about overheating after reading some reviews, but so far it’s been perfectly fine. Charging my iPad had no issue, and leaving the product to charge overnight was no problem either. It’s a little bulky and the length of the built in cords makes it even more awkward to hold, but overall I highly recommend!!

Awesome concept, and it held a charge great. I had a phone with a pretty damaged battery and this gave me the ability to leave the house without anxiety over my phone dying a few hours later. I recommended this exact charger to at least a dozen people, and then one day when I tried to plug it into the wall, it no longer could charge itself. I was past the return window so i was just out the money - which was quite disappointing considering it had been treated with care and such a useful product, but I can’t recommend something that breaks within a few months of purchase
