I thought with a name like that, this company has a good sense of ...
I had an indoor flat antenna for ota signals until 3 weeks ago it just stop working. Tried many places to get any signal but zero results. Went to Amazon and the first choice was this one with the name PingBingDing. I thought with a name like that, this company has a good sense of humor...and the price was $14.99? Ordered it and the next day it arrived. There's a qr square code that says scan me for assistance and a YouTube file showed up on my phone with a video on how to assemble the antenna. There was also a pamphlet with instructions and diagrams. At first it looked intimidating with so many parts and such but within 20 mins, the antenna was ready. Going atop of the roof, I removed the dish from a certain company and used the pole to attach the antenna. Using a nifty table showing which direction I should point the antenna from PingBingDing, I set it eastsouth and connected the included 30ft. cable. It was getting dark from rain clouds showing up so I quickly departed and snaked the cable to the home entertainment center. The included power adapter was too large to fit on my multi plug strip so I used a smartphone power adapter instead. I quickly scanned for channels and got 9 channels with frozen pictures and pixelation. I decided to wait the next day and hope the rain will be gone.Next day, I pulled out the home center and re-configured the power cables and replaced the power adapter with the one that arrived with the antenna. To my surprise, a bright red light showed up from the gain/antenna box. There's a wheel and I moved it up and down as the light would respond by glowing brighter and dimmer. Going all the way down, it would turn off. I adjusted it to when the light re-appeared and scanned for channels. I was pleased when it showed over 40 channels. Later, I would slowly increase the gain and re-scan the channels showinf much improvement. But, rain clouds again. Deciding that I should configured the antenna input with a splitter (make sure you follow the included diagrams for proper placement), I connect my Sling TV box and a digital converter box (found it at Walmart). This box has an input for the outside antenna and an output where I connected to my smart tv. The converter box also has a usb port where I connected an external hard drive. Sling TV also has a usb port to also connect another hard drive. Heavy rains again so it wasn't until the next day during sunny skies and no clouds I scanned for OTA channels and got over 60 channels on my tv, digital box and Sling TV! Received all the major networks of ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, the CW, Retro, GRIT, and to my surprise, ION! I recorded shows on both devices and have a few preset to record on a weekly basis thru the digital box. There are some pits and some falls in setting this all up. Just follow the instructions for the antenna and diagrams. The YouTube video was very helpful. Luckily, I already had a good site for the antenna from where the dish was set...easily removed the three nuts with a 1/2 inch socket wrench. When scanning thru your smart tv, digital box and Sling, make sure the input setting is set for ANTENNA. Do use the supplied power adapter even if it has the same input/output volts and amps. Patience is your reward for the final results...such as waiting for good weather during scanning channels. Last night, big storm and yet the signals stayed strong with few pixelation from far away stations. We even had a 2 hour blackout following the storm and when the lights arrived, all channels on all devices stayed intact. Tech support was incredible with the antenna guide and tips to improve your viewings. PingBingDing indeed! (far better than BADDABOOK, BADDABOOM).

Comparison to previous antenna, channels, installation & SERVICE
I went from 34 channels using a flat 60-mile range on the wall, same antenna in the attic: 41 channels and 48 channels (reference photo included) with this new DA-210IUV, in the attic, with transmitting towers 35 to 72 miles away (all with obstructions.) In the attic also means I unscrewed the cable from the kiss-my-azz satellite dish, screwed my new antenna into the cable splitter and all TVs in the house were 48 channels of free TV, no further installation required.Reason for the new one was due to a home built in line with DTV signals and NO, both antennas are higher than the home wherein you get an idea of how little range means opposed to terrain and obstructions. House went up and reception went to hell in a handbasket. Now then, assembly problems? Nope, had already read the reviews and knew to finger tighten everything. Mine is in the attic thus everything is finger tight especially the cables because the nut on the cable can break off if over-tightened. As noted from other review, best to assemble the antenna from the picture on the box. Yes, it was quick and easy even for a handyman who know exactly which crescent wrench is best for driving nails. Did not want an extension cord running across the rafters so I even wired in a 110 outlet off the attic light switch, thank you YouTube!Mounting bracket?: I used the leg off an old ironing board, 1-inch diameter, ergo if the wife wants one of those new fancy wide ones, here is your chance to buy it for her and cut up the old one for antenna poles! Hacksaw a split on the end to add sections if needed. One last note, the Pingbingding Service Team is why I bought this antenna. Not my first purchase, had trouble, contacted Bill of Pingbingding Service Team and found his goal to make sure I was happy, did not matter the cost or typing up emails of instructions from his experiences, just wanted me to be happy as fast as possible. Apply that standard to other companies and see what you get! Thus, I search Amazon by typing Pingbingding, not TV antennas, etc. Thank You Bill.

The one I recieved works great! CUSTOMER SERVICE is the best.
This antenna amazed me.I put it together, any mechanical ability at all and you can assembly it without directions.I laid it on the couch pointing to a group of towers about 45 miles plus .Hooked it up and ran the scan. 28 channels! 2 were 70 miles almost 90 degrees to the side.My only wish is that I could hook to together at 90degrees to get all stations.Very pleased, especially considering the price. If I could give them a 10 star for service I would, mine went dead which a percentage is to be expected in ma's production, I contacted them and in 3 days had a replacement.I wrote this review and edited it once. Now I have ordered a second one for another location or maybe a gift. I contacted support for some related questions and received response withing 15 min.I can't stress enough how good the costumer service is.Also shipping is very quick.I have never dealt with anyone this concerned about customer satisfaction. The product has a yr guarantee and a 45 day money back, you should be able to find out if it works in less than the 45 days .Adding to this review. I ordered another one of these and received it in good shape and once again quickly. Using it on a diff location, and working well. Keep in mind that digital signal is greatly effected by trees, and other obstructions so try to use a location with as few as possible. No antenna can work if it can't receive a signal.Be sure to read the tips and suggestions that come in an email. They are spot on . The service department knows what they are talking about.
