This is the companion to the book The Wisdom of Sundays by Oprah Winfrey.Although I have the book, I use it for my own life-learning prospectives.Great for journaling your life lessons- wisdom behind negativity/bumps on the road/The paper is nice, a little thick stock. However certain types of pens can bleed through, making it hard to read what’s directly behind the page- on the next page. Would not recommend using marker type pens.Randomly throughout the journal it has small quotes from various people -on every other page.The pages are an off-white, beige color

I have been journaling for a very long time. I enjoy this journal for several reasons. The paper is thick and very easy to write on. It does not matter the type of pen I use, there has been zero bleeding through from any ink or marker. I enjoy the scattered inspirational quotes through out the book. I say book because the binding is strong! There are lots of pages to write and pour out your heart. I will absolutely purchase again! Thanks O!

It's a lovely journal that goes along well with Oprah's book The Wisdom of Sundays. I recently added the book to my daily devotions and bought this to go along with it. I've seen complaints that it's just a blank journal but the product description clearly states this is a blank journal. There is an intro from Oprah and quotes throughout the book which I've enjoyed. It does lay flat and price-wise it's on par with other journals

Disappointed, just a regular blank journal. I was hoping that it had prompts as well. I waited for so long with preorder to get this. Don’t waste your money.

It's just a Journal with mostly blank pages. There are quotes occasionally. It's just what I needed.

This journal that goes along with the book is really just a blank journal with a few quotes from the book thrown in every now and then. It does not really do anything to enhance the value of the book. Would be nice if it actually included some writing prompts or that kind of thing.

Gift for my mother who was very happy with the journal. She found the quotes very inspirational.

I don't know why this is called the Wisdom Journal it's just a book with blank sheets. very disappointed had to return it.
