I was really shocked but these worked for us in Georgia. Ordered more for this summer so hoping it wasn't just a fluke.

I have a small backyard and put all of the balls that came in the package out at once. Sometimes in overlapping areas … to the point that my backyard smelled like a giant citronella candle. I went out within a day of putting them out, and was eaten alive while standing right next to one. Maybe I’m just too delicious for the mosquitoes to pass up? LOLAdditionally, I placed a couple of them on top of our outdoor furniture tables. Over the course of the day, the balls must’ve interacted with the table material and literally melted the tables where they came in contact with the balls. Picture included to show the damage. Beware!

I order this at the end of summer, as we were getting to many mosquitoes. I put one by the door, another one in the kitchen, another one in the main door. What I got was a strong odor, not bad odor but very strong.I don’t think it’s a good idea to have it inside the house, very strong smell. But didn’t do the job, the mosquitoes keep coming in, and the smell last it for like 2 weeks. I don’t know if you have to carry with you so it works? Or what. Did saw less at the beginning, but couple days later, they came back. I will not be using this again when the spring came. I will try something else or make my own

They seemed to work when I was sitting right next to them on the armrest. But when I stood up I got attacked by mosquitoes. I think the efficacy is limited in proximity

If you are looking for something that "repels" mosquitos, you should look for something else. Myabe it was just my set, but the mosquitos actually love this thing; ended up with more mosquitos than i had before. Gave it a chance but ht longer i left it up , the more often i had mosquitos, so it was time to throw these things in the trash. At least they smelled good enough for the trash.

I bought these this summer and still using them! They really work. Scent is very strong, I use them on my back patio and around my front door. They keep the mosquitoes away and the scent lasts for a long time. I used too many when I first tried them. I wasn’t sure how powerful the scent would be. I just need 2 now on my back patio, fairly large, and 2 at my front door porch area.

As I was hanging up the little pouches, I was actively being swarmed by mosquitos. Willing to give the benefit of the doubt, I decided to wait a few days and then revisit the areas I had hung them.I was still being swarmed by mosquitoes, and it was as I was standing less than a foot away from the pouches.I was hoping they would work, but I’d advise against these.

This stuff works right away. BUT be aware of the SMELL when you open the bag around the balls and lay it on your porch. Which i am waiting for it to dissapate after a few days. My house is surrounded by tropical plants and trees, so i have alot of mosquitos DAY AND NIGHT. So it was nice to sit on my deck this morning without being bitten by mosquitoes.
