This product is a great concept. An absolute hit for my alcohol infusions and it is easy to work and clean. I got this thinking it would be a fun sort of “novelty”. All in all, it’s turned out to be better than I expected! We’ve tried it out now a couple times and it’s not only fun, but the infusions have been really good. Easy to use. Just choose one or more ingredients that you want to infuse your choice of liquor with, use 2 N2 chargers, shake, and you have infused liquor in a few minutes! I was skeptical but I am impressed and pleased with it. We will be definitely bringing it out when friends come over and make some cocktails with my own infused liquors!

Third time using this and in love! Easy to use and makes every drink I’ve made surprisingly creamy, making the experience of drinking a regular cocktail more enjoyable and fun! Love that is makes the taste so smooth. The nitrogen give the drink a beautiful thin layer of foam at the top that by adding a garnish, drinks look pretty professional. This is an item that keeps on giving and has become the spotlight of social gatherings. You can make 4 cocktails at a time and even make them beforehand to serve later. Definitely recommend!

To all you cocktail lovers, this machine will bring value to your home!!! I’ve been trying so many different cocktail recipes with it but also infusing my own alcohol. I’ve tried infusing gin with rosemary, vodka with coffee, rum with mint, tequila with jalapeno, and whiskey with cinnamon, and I’m blown away by the results. The amount of flavor that is infused in each of the liquors I used is INSANE! I then used these infused liquors to make my favorite cocktails. It is worth every dime!!

This was exactly what we were looking for! I purchased it as a gift for my husband! It is a faster way to make nice cocktails. It is easy to use, just add the ingredients and infuse! The flavors and smell of the cocktail definitely increase by the infusion. He made us Pomegranate Martinis and they were fabulous! Very well made. The body is made from solid aluminum. Make sure to order N2 ‘nitrogen’ canisters to use for cocktails and liquor, and NOT N20 which is for whipping cream.

I cannot bring myself to purchase a cocktail very often. It seems like reckless spending. Now I can treat myself whenever I like with my own cocktail creations using my favorite ingredients for a lot less money. I made Whiskey Sour and Gin Fizz... yum, yum! They came out perfect! I'll be trying a nitro sangria next. Cocktails turn out fantastic and taste as if made by a bartender... in the comfort of my home!Solid strong unit. Feels like it will last a long time.Totally recommend it... especially if you're not a fan of overpaying for cocktails nowadays!
