Not sticky enough
Work great with my tens machine, perfect for a bad back as it covers a large area. The only down side is they are not very sticky and fall off easily.

Excellent product I suffer badly with my back and can honestly say that within ten mins of putting this on my back I can stand up straight. I usually have to wait half hour at the least before I can stand up and that's not up right X have recommended this product to friends that also suffer. Will be ordering spares so I never run out xx

This is the best thing since sliced bread!
Excellent service in a very courteous manner. Two Tens machines from Natures Gate have given me relief from Rheumatoid Arthritis pains allowing me some sleep. I have used the electrodes supplied with the machines and decided to try this Backstrap Electrode, it has already proved to be a perfect help and relief with larger areas across my back & spine.Many Thanks, Mary Hickman

Not as good as I thought it would be!
I found this long pad worse than putting 2 medium sized pads either side of my spine. My issue for using this pad is with my lower back pain being caused by arthritis and also nerves being trapped in the finger like bones along my spine. I also have issues with my discs pushing into the cerebral fluid sac which travels the length of my spine causing indentations. Now when you place this pad across the bottom of your back and just above your waistline it just seems to zap the areas of your kidneys only, and not along its length, the zapping is more concentrated in these 2 areas of the pads extremity, and not spread fully across your back. Also once you start to get hot the pad doesn't seem to adhere as much and as such the zapping is very painful (like a stronger electrostatic charge) that is like hundreds of needles being stabbed into the areas coming away (I appreciate this is caused by my unit but the tingling is fine when the pads are stuck fully down). The stickiness of this pad also failed quite quickly even though I used a conductive gel, it seems to collate into a sticky lump and sticks to your clothing causing an issue to remove. I was just hoping for more than I got from this pad and I've reverted to my medium sized pads again.
