Fun for all ages.
This is truly the best toy to have in the home for the kids to play with because it does not need batteries, and the kids will be able to unleash their creativity. We have three boys and they will often fight over the tiles, and then work together to build a bigger building or creation together. We have one son that has some developmental struggles, who plays with this toy every single day, and the best gift is watching him build something different every single day. I know that he is learning, challenging himself, having fun and building his fine motor skills at the same time. One of the greatest gifts is seeing my boys unleash their creativity by themselves or with their siblings. Of course one set it NEVER enough and so we keep purchasing every single year, including this holiday season again for the third year in a row. I have watched my boys start out by stacking these tiles in towers, to then move forward to build houses, cars, castle, and so much more!! This is a toy that is great for all ages, durable, low maintenance, does not need batteries and your children will never get bored with magnetic tiles. Even fun for adults!! Plus as a bonus it is a great toy for therapists to use with their clients.

Best toy we own.
Excellent product. I give them 5 stars because the product quality is totally worth the price. I think magnatiles are slightly better quality. We bought a 100 piece magnatiles for $119 and the 100 piece stick and stack was $69. The magnatiles are better but not $50 better. The stick and stack comes with two vehicles which the kiddos love. The magnatiles come with 4 super big squares that are equal to 4 regular squares. The stick and stack does not provide this super size square but had one rectangular piece that is the size of 2 squares, which magnatiles does not have. The magnets are slightly less strong than the stick and stack but only slightly. Both sets have rivets at the corners, I dont think Picasso tiles or playmags have rivets. I think this makes them more durable. Both sets are completely comparable. I would recommend the stick and stack. Buy these. We have 8 children and our 14 month old all the way up to 14 year old enjoy these. They take up way less space than wooden blocks and are easy to clean up. They are brain building and fun. We have 300 pieces it will probably add a couple more sets so everybody can build to hearts content. I also recommend keva planks for building fun. Both are well worth the money and space if you have a small house like us.

Great Toy!
My 3 year old and 5 year old love these Magnetic Stick N Stack Tiles. They have been the go-to toy since we got them. We previously had a small (maybe 30 piece) set of Magna Tiles that they played with occasionally, but adding this 60 piece set to the collection has completely changed the way they play with them. They can do so much more with the added tiles! I'm really impressed with their imaginations building everything from castles, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and even fire trucks and trains (even though we don't have the sets with wheels, they use triangles for the wheels). I *think* our other set is the "MagnaTiles" brand, but I'm honestly not sure. There are very slight differences between the two sets. Our original set has orange and purple tiles, but this one does not. The only other noticeable difference I see is the Stick N Stack tiles have metal fasteners in the corners. No big deal, just can tell the difference between the two sets (My kids don't know the difference). The two sets work perfectly together though. So if someone is concerned with compatibility, don't be! This is a great set of magnets for lots of fun play! I also love how easy they are to store. They stack up nice and compact. I can see this being a toy I keep around for other kids to play with even after my kids outgrow them....or even saving for my grandkids!

Now as good as Magna-Tiles
EDIT: We had previously purchased and returned this product. The company reached out and offered to let us try their new version. I was thoroughly impressed. Our kids now 8 and 4 loved them and the quality has gone way up. At this point I think they are very comparable with the Magna-Tiles. The magnets are just as good and all of their were no issues with initial quality. At this point it is still too early to say how they will hold up over time but if I was buying tiles all over again I would probably go with these instead of the Magna-Tiles. Original Review from 2013 Our kids (6 and 2) received a small set of Magna-Tiles as an early Christmas present from their aunt. They absolutely loved them! The only problem was that with a small set the building options were limited and contention over the set was strong. We saw this set on sale and from the reviews, it seemed to be almost the same as the Magna-Tiles and at a much better price. We bought the set and had it under the tree for the kids. Once we opened it we immediately could tell this was not the same quality of product. The tiles are very similar but the magnets are not as strong. More disturbing though was that although the shipping box was perfectly fine, the set contained two broken pieces and the case that is included had a defective latch. One of the wheels had broken either during shipping or before and left a number of small very sharp pieces of plastic scattered throughout the case. Maybe this is a rare case and most of these sets are great but we aren't going to take that chance. We immediately packed it all back up, shipped it back and ordered the Magna-Tilesยฎ Clear Colors 100 Piece Set . It costs a bit more but if its like the 32 piece set we already have its worth the extra money.

Bought for my 3 year old as a Christmas gift. $120 is more than I usually spend on a Christmas gift but it was well worth the money. The quality is awesome and my little guy can use them with ease. There was very little of a learning curve. Very excited to use them for years to come!

One of the best toy choices we've made. These get hours of play each day circulating through my 5 children. The younger ones are more into it, especially my 7 and 5 yr olds, but everyone enjoys them, even adults at the coffee table. Visiting children go straight for them. We have two sets which makes it possible to make very large structures that require more spacial and engineering consideration to keep them standing, and more complexity. I plan to purchase 3 more sets over the next year. Also these take up relatively little space when compared with lego and our rock maple blocks (2 other long-standing greats), but unlike lego and kinex (so many tiny parts) and rock maple unity blocks, these magnetic tiles can be easily toted along anywhere there will be a floor they can use. We also build 3D forms in our hands; the triangles are especially suited for this, for trips in the van or where there is no floor to play. Excellent!
