The packaging, product, ear device size, & the accessory case appearance, are excellent. I was pleased, however, only one silicone ear piece fit in my ear. When set to the highest amplification, the device worked great. Then the right-sided one stopped working - no amplification. Apparently, the wax guard became stopped-up and couldn't be fully removed. It started working again, though, however, on the wax guard on that one couldn't be replaced, likely due to a piece remaining from the old wax guard. Being that it worked, there still was no silicone earpiece that fit well enough to stop the device from "whistling" loudly. Silicone earpieces on hand from past ear amplifier devices would not fit, or, perhaps, there is a problem with the wax guard opening? If something like that is the cause, it maybe no earpiece will stop the whistling. To wrap up, the left side device works in either ear, very well. I'm glad that it's under warranty and that I bought a 2 year protection plan via email - if I can figure out how to use it.

Received a week ago, it took a couple of hours to get the right ear pcs comfortable and the volume set correctly. They work just fine. I am hearing thing I haven’t heard in years. There is a little squelching sound when you put in or adjust it in your ear at first, once you put in your ear a few times and get used to it no problem. I was making so ice water and when I poured in the water over the ice I heard the ice cracking. WOW.

Lasted 2 months. Right one doesn't work now.

...but I lost one almost immediately. My fault, nobody else's. They are easy to put in, and did great job for me. Will be buying another set, and if I lose one again I hope it's the opposite one!

I have a behind ear aids but running fans means the high frequency boost makes the fans all I hear. Without aidsI run my TV at the maximum of 100. Getting the cirrect ear tip and the volume right to stop the squeal took some fiddling. But now they are comfortable, without squeal and my volume is set to 70 and the fan sound is not boosted so sometimes an amplifier is better than a true aid.I just got them so durability is in aw question especially

Worked great for about three weeks then just stoped working

I have severe hearing loss and had sever types of hearing aid from $2000 each to $30 each but i have to say for the price i am very pleased with this product, the battery life is great i wear them all day long and they are more comfortable than the top-of-the-line hearing aids. I would highly recommend this for the price.
