Durable and effective!
The media could not be loaded. My Vizsla cut her paw pad while being silly in the field. It wasn’t bad enough to need vet attention but did need some home care and to be kept dry and clean. I bought these for her walks as the path can be muddy and gravelly. I was so impressed at how thick the material is, and therefore how durable they are. They stay on well and she didn’t seem fussed by them, which tells me they weren’t uncomfortable. The sizing provided was spot on. It is easier to put on with two people, with one opening the neck of the ‘balloon’ and the other guiding the paw in, but I got used to it and ended up managing it alone. They lasted entire walks intact, and she even walked into the canal fully submerging the sock and remained completely dry. They are disposable so had low expectations but I am impressed at the durability. Would buy again.

Terrible Product
We bought these for our Irish Setter to stop her licking a wound. We followed the sizing instructions and bought the large version. Like many other people we have found that the top of the boot is so small it is almost impossible to get on the dog. In addition if we were so stupid as to leave it on her it would restrict the blood circulation to her foot. If I insert two of my fingers into the top the product is so tight that it is uncomfortable for me. My two fingers are much smaller than the dogs leg. I cannot understand how any vet would recommend this product. It is simply dangerous and should be withdrawn from the market.

Good Quality Product
Really good for protecting your dogs paws, used these for my dog after having a cut on her pad , ideal for when I had to walk her, little tricky to get it on but once on it was a perfect fit and durable, I was able to use one for at least two walks.

Good for my greyhound
Bought these to try on our large greyhound. He has corns on three feet, which persist despite surgery (twice). Fine indoors and on the lawn, but a problem on the pavement or road. So he wears tiny baby socks (0 to 3 months) which are then wrapped in a small freezer bag taped around the ankle, which stops the socks getting wet. Without the socks, or with wet socks, he starts limping within a few yards on hard surfaces like pavements. So, prompted by the current shortages of freezer bags and queues at the supermarket, I decided to look at dog boots again. We tried three different makes when his corns first appeared, and they were totally useless. Imagine yourself walking with a bucket on each foot....you get the idea. So it's been socks and freezer bags for 3+ years, and that has worked perfectly. The Pawz boots have been a revelation, he seems to be walking better than ever. I still put the baby sock on first, and then Pawz boot over the top, with a bit of the sock showing above the ankle. Absolutely brilliant. So far used the same three boots for three days x two walks, along the pavements, road and verges in our village. The freezer bags only lasted one walk, and often came off or split during the walk, meaning I had to carry spares. The Pawz are durable, waterproof and re-useable. Sorted. So, I highly recommend this product, and I will be using them from now on.

Beware
Large size is no good for our medium sized dog. They are much too tight for the dogs leg.

Pawz for paws - works very well
My Parsons Russell needed a toe amputation so I hunted the internet and pet shops for a shoe/boot etc for him to use while walking. His legs are so scrawny and paws so naturally thin that I've had real trouble finding something to fit.The Mikki boot was my first choice but was unable to get it on his very delicate, poorly foot, which still had stitches.I've found the Pawz rubber balloon like socks to be ideal. I have arthritis myself in my hands and struggled for while to get to grips with putting the rubber sock on.Making sure my dog was sitting or laying quietly on the settee to make life easier for me, with his front paws hanging over the edge of the seat, I began by placing 4 fingers in the neck of the sock to pull and spread apart and slowly and gently eased his paw in, then removing my fingers to allow the sock to close neatly around his ankle part, he was ready to go.I found it not only stayed on, but stayed in place and for me, I consider each rubber sock to be thick enough to be long lasting.I think it works well because he is able to feel the ground and he walks so much better with it on.(Brief note of before the Pawz arrived - I had placed his foot and leg in a clean new poo bag and tied the handles above his elbow which helped keep the bag on his foot/leg and kept his paw from getting dirty, especially with stitches still in - so the rubber pawz socks are proving to be worth their weight in gold.)THANK YOU PAWZ. I realise they are not designed for medical protection, but in the house, his foot is free as I let the air get at it. Out of doors we simply need to keep it covered and protected.

Too tight at the top but good quality
Dangerously tight at the top. This is essentially a thick balloon, it certainly kept my dogs paw protected and the material is top quality however the opening (what would be the opening of the balloon) is far too small / tight, making it difficult to put on and worryingly, to leave on as it must cut the circulation and really hurt the dog.

Perfect for my senior Husky
The media could not be loaded. My 13 year old Husky girl loves these boots!Sadly, she drags her paws across the pavement and makes them bleed - although we mostly walk in the woods or choose parks with loads of grass to explore, we do need to cross roads or walk on hard surfaces - these rubber boots are amazing for this purpose, I can clearly see how comfortable and pain free my dog is wearing them. The material is strong and so far we've not had any wear and tear marks. I did however have to make a little side slit off the top as it felt a bit too tight, but the boots still stay on and they don't cut off the blood circulation.Very happy with the product!
