I started using these to help unwind bc I carry a lot of neck tension. I now do one every night and it helps me fall asleep. The scent is great. They do heat up and stay warm past the time the box says. My only complaint is they come only 5 in a box bc as mentioned - I use these daily.

The reason I gave this a 3 star is because they do not stick to your skin.

It was a debate between 3 or 4 and ended up on 4. The heat and smell are great but if you move at all during the night it pulls and falls off during the night but still nice is just relaxing 😌

It's good but not necessasry. If you have sensitive skin, you will get itch after few hours. It's good stuff though

This product is a waste of money. Has a strong lavender odor and gets slightly warm for maybe 5 minutes.Don’t waste your money.

This works amazingly well. It covers my whole neck. It is charcoal activated so it only lasts about 30 minutes. It says on the packaging that's how long it lasts so people shouldn't be surprised when it doesn't last longer than that. I just wish we could get more in a box because I would use them every day.

Doesn't really stick and doesn't really heat up. Smells nice but that's about it. Disappointed.
