Low dose K2
I was looking for a low dose K2 vitamin to go with supplementing D3 which is very important to avoid calcium in the bloodstream and in arteries. Don't take it every day as I can get it from other natural sources, too much K2 I've noticed makes my muscles stiff... weird! So take it every other day if I'm not expecting it from another source and especially if taking high dose D3 . Hope that helps !
