EDIT AT BOTTOM The side packaging of the foam is really thick but the bottom is just a thin flimsy piece causing so many people uvb bulb to arrive broken, including mine. hoping my local store got some in finally. otherwise bulb seems okay so far i only just got it maybe 20 minutes okay so ill update in a couple weeks how the other bulb holds up. EDIT: I was contacted by reptizoo customer service who offered me originally a full refund but then offered to send me a replacement which I actually preferred because I like the brand and still needed the bulbs as my local shops hadn’t gotten any in yet. They were incredibly helpful in getting me a new set of bulbs that came unscathed leaving my beardie a very happy and comfortable girl. The bulbs so far are doing great my beardie seems happy which is all I could really ask for. They also helped me resolve an issue I had with another order when their email support completely shut down on me leaving me frustrated with the brand, however, I think their products are good quality and the support I spoke with through amazon was incredibly helpful and kind, just their email support was miserable to deal with. I’d definitely still recommend the brand for many of their products, I don’t think one bad rep can ruin the whole brand for me especially after having an incredibly helpful one and I’ve had great experiences with their products in the past so 100% I’ll be buying from them yet again when the time comes and I personally recommend them for others as well.

UPDATE** The customer service was AMAZING. They reached out to me and offered a refund or a replacement. They were very helpful and fixed my issue immediately. 100% will purchase from them again, they are after all the best place to shop for all of your reptile needs! Original** The heat light didn’t work. But the other one did.

i have never (i think) reviewed and amazon product. however i just came home and found that my bulb had EPXLODED?! over my turtles tank. i have a timer power strip and i turn on my lightbulb at MEDIUM heat for maybe 4 hours at a time max and give it a break in between those of AT LEAST 4 hours because im PARANOID about the bulb breaking…. No i do NOT have a metal cover over it and I know I should thats on me… However a bulb I bought a month ago should not have exploded like that!!

This heating lamp works great. It’s durable as we have had it awhile now and it still works. Heats the lizard cage perfect. The lighting is perfect.

Great set for our turtle. Gives him the uvb/uva and heat that he needs for a decent price.
