Beautiful product and amazing customer service.
Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful product nor could I ask for better customer service. The first decanter arrived broken. Amazon immediately reimbursed. I then went directly to the company. They treated me well, mailed my product with much care and checked in to let me know what was happening with the order. A really great experience and a very legitimate, quality company. I’m so in love with this Glazze Crystal set. Just couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to add to my collection.

Poor Quality Glass
I loved the IDEA of this decanter. It matches a set of cordials and champagne flutes I purchased and is stunning...but only from a distance. First, this WAS the only product made by the Glazze Crystal that actually arrived in the same type of packaging it showed. It was foam, and the foam was supposed to cuddle the decanter carefully. However, the foam is flimsy, and the fact that this item arrived in one piece is a bit of a shock. The top is heavy...murder weapon worthy, so to speak. It slipped completely out of the foam frame and floated at the bottom of the box. Why it didn't knock against the decanter and break it is beyond me. Second, whoever poured the glass decanter did not bother shake out the bubbles. There are at least four open bubbles in the decanter, and for the price, it should have been bubble free. I am keeping this decanter anyway, as it's a perfect match for my cordials and flutes. I just wish someone had taken time to do a better job of production and packaging. I'm disappointed, and I've bought the last of my Glazze Crystal products.
