Stopped holding its charge
Has been really good up until the last 2 weeks where it’s stopped holding a charge. Not sure what to do in this situation as I only brought it 5 months ago

This didn't work
This worked for like two days and then stopped charging when plugged in so I had to send it back. I had really hoped it would work.

Simply doesn't work
Yes it charges the earbuds but won't even show up as visible on Bluetooth. Followed instructions re: holding down button, disconnecting charger etc. I know both earbuds still work as I can turn on noise cancellation without pairing. Tried 'forgetting' the old connection and still didn't work
