Clean Water, 5x Better than Brita Maxtra+
The media could not be loaded. Title: Unboxing Delight and Superior Performance - Aqua Optima Perfect Pour Water Filter 8.2lRating: ★★★★★ 5/5I recently purchased the Aqua Optima Perfect Pour Water Filter 8.2l, and I must say, it has far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I started unboxing, I knew I was in for a treat. The components were individually sleeved, not in the typical see-through plastic, but in what appears to be a sturdy, non-rip paper-like material. The packaging was so meticulous and premium, it felt like I was unboxing a high-end laptop - no joke. It was not just unpacking a water filter; it was an experience.Moving on to the design, the Aqua Optima is in a league of its own. It makes our old Brita 8.2l look downright archaic in comparison. The design is A+ class, with every detail thoughtfully considered. For instance, it has a natural slope towards the front, ensuring that all the water gets used up, and a large opening for easy filling. I've had no spills with this, unlike my previous Brita filter tank. Plus, there's an ingenious overflow hole at the top where you store the filling bottle/cup, so any excess water just flows into the cup, preventing any mess. The unit is thoughtfully designed with rubber non-slip feet on the water filter itself, which fit snugly into the accompanying plastic stand. While the stand isn't non-slip, this isn't a significant issue. If you're placing it on a slippery surface, a simple solution is to put a non-slip mat or towel underneath. It's worth noting that the weight of the water in the filter substantially aids in keeping it stable and in place. The tap is a twist type, which is a significant improvement over the fragile pull and release tabs found on Brita and other brands. Although the flow rate is slightly slower than Brita's, it's more controlled, resulting in a jet-like stream rather than a chaotic splash. Now, let's talk about its filtering capability. It's astonishingly quick, easily 3-4 times faster than the Brita Maxtra+. Just make sure to follow the instructions for preparing the filters. The water taste is exceptionally clean, almost as if it's partly distilled - it's that pure.I'm genuinely surprised this product isn't more widely recognized. It outperforms any other water filter I've tried. While I hope the price remains under £40 (as companies tend to hike prices for high-quality items), I believe Aqua Optima's strategy of offering superior products at competitive prices will definitely make them a household name.In conclusion, do yourself a favor and purchase the Aqua Optima Perfect Pour Water Filter 8.2l. It's an investment you won't regret. From its luxurious unboxing experience to its exceptional functionality and design, this water filter is a game-changer.

So far impressed, hopefully the filters actual filter. Shame no not filter replacement indicator
Wanted a largeta ked water filter as London water is getting less and less potable. First traces of polio and now parasites causing people to be violently ill.I've drank tap water I the UK my entire life and it's depressing the government has allowed the water supplies to get this bad.I've been boiling the water, and once cooled pouring into the filter and it comes out tasting fine and gives peace of mind.Of course there's no easyway to vefifty the quality of the filter or final water, but even just serving as a water tank with a tap makes things easier as before we had to use the keelte and pots to hold the water. So far no leaking so happy with the construction, and I appreciate the design where the stand can be inverted to reduce space, although I'm using it with the stand for the cup space.I'm mostly just happy the filters don't add a chemical taste unlike Brita filters do, although I'm trusting the filters do anything at all.One note is that I didn't realise when ordering it, but there's no indicator to change the filters. I'm used to a digital counter or colour indicator but this has nothing to signify that the filters are no longer working.

Great but unusable due to leak
This is a very well built and thought out product with the exception that the valve is not sealed by anything and it leaks which means it’s useless. I left it overnight on the kitchen worktop and the water went everywhere.

Having had a Aqua Optima filter jug and much preferring the taste to the Brita I decided to splash out on this large dispenser. What I love- easy access to large amounts of filtered water without having to constantly remember to fill the jug- same great tasting water- they seem to use the same filters across all their products so no waste when changing from a jug to thisAfter 10 months however there are some design flaws that are really starting to bother me- inability to easily remove the pour spout which keeps getting mouldy- the thin white lid - I’m not sure what the purpose of this is but it’s constantly popping off- the removable ‘jug’ in the front sits slightly too high and means the lid catches every time you try to slide it forward- the front of the dispenser has a curve with the spout sitting sitting further back than the front of the dispenser, this means water collects either side of the spout so you’re never fully emptying the dispenser of water unless you remove the lid and pour out the remaining water from the topI’m really hoping they redesign this as I’ll be first in line to purchase it if they do

The best water tank !!!
We changed different brands so far , but this one is the best , and compact if needed, tall if needed, and with built in jug, filters faster because of the 2 filters. What more to ask ?
