The little prongs that hold roll of towel, keep buldging out. Paper towel gets stuck, wont rotate on dowel. Not worth the effort

Works well and looks good. The little side lever allows you to easily tear off a sheet with just one hand.

Overall tearing off a sheet of paper is easy enough, but occasionally it gets stuck and needs a little maneuvering.

This paper towel holder is sturdy and has clean lines. Put in a paper towel roll and you are ready to go. So easy. Allows one-handed tearing of paper towels. Pull out the length you desire and tear off what you need with only one hand. Great product. Looks nice and is heavy enough not to slide while you are tearing off the sheets. Glad I picked this product.

I specifically ordered this for one reason. I was so tired of the paper towel holder I had that would not hold up the paper towels so I ordered this because it had the tension arm to hold the paper towels up and in place. It was delivered on Feb. 28 and I started using it the next day. I was completely happy until last week. I went to replace the empty paper towel roll and the tension arm mysteriously no longer works. So I picked it up and shook it and heard something moving around in the base where the tension arm goes into the base. I am so disappointed that this was only good for 4 months.

I loved this towel holder and thought it would make a great addition to my new kitchen. It is easy to use and I like the design. But sadly, after only two months it is showing rusting spots on the towel arm. Coating is very thin, a bit disappointing.

It’s the paper towel holder I’ve been looking for… with enough weight to hold it in place. The spring handle also enables you to tear off sheets using 1 hand. Very satisfied. Very nice peace.

This is an attractive paper towel holder that you can tear off however many sheets you want with one hand. It has a heavy base so it doesn't fall over.
