Good quality
I have no complaints about this. It is exactly what I expected.

Work as expected
Works as expected. They were folded a certain way so they look funky but I promise they work perfectly! This is great to build and tone your abs. These work perfectly on my pull up bar

A good idea, but occasionally awkward; wish it had more attachment points for stability.
The media could not be loaded. I got these to try to eliminate a piece of gym equipment in my gym, namely a pull up tower that has rotating arms so that you can do the type of ab work these straps are supposed to help with. The thing about these straps is that they only have one attachment point to the bar above. This means that any upward kick of the legs will provide backward momentum to your body and the strap, causing a bit of a swing, just from the physics. On the pull up/shoulder dip tower, there is a leather cushion behind you that absorbs this momentum and allows you tp direct all the force into your abdominal leg-lifting movement, i.e. it helps you focus your muscular effort. So the strap’s extra movement forward and backward makes the overall leg lift movement awkward if you are making your body into an L-shape, not merely lifting the knees. In my view, this type of strap would be made much more useful with two hook attachment points for a forward bar and a backward bar, rather than just one bar, as it would tend to limit the motion of the strap backward and forward. Ideally you are trying to keep your forearms and shoulders locked in position, so that you can control your legs more effectively. If you are trying to keep them straight in the movement, you lose some control of the legs. The cuffs themselves are not too bad; I don’t really get the sense they are cutting into the arms. They are fairly flat and comfortable. Stitching is well done and I feel very secure when in position. The carabiner is solid and reliable. An important thing for tall people: you’ll want to loop the strap a few times around the overhead bar to make sure the straps are high enough to make a difference and to actually let you hang instead of just stand there. After about 2 loops I was good to go.I’m going to give them a couple weeks and see if I can get the same controlled workout results before I bail on the tower. It may just be that I need to perfect some stabilizer muscles, but overall the tower is, I would say, easier to use. But, if all you’ve got is an overhead bar to use and no tower, these might serve you for the knee lifts or other exercises where you can control the momentum a little better.

Sturdy addition to home gym
These hanging a straps give me another great way to work abs at home. They feel like similar quality to those that I’ve used in the public gyms. They provide great support from under my triceps. The included metal hooks feel solid and also are great to use with other equipment.

Durable and should give you years of good workouts
The material is sturdy and appears durable. The padding is just enough padding so you aren't on the webbing itself. Each arm attaches to a bar or high point at a single point which allows for a little swing with movement.I like the swing better than the rack pad towers which have a back pad. Each has value, of course. The tower method allows more specific isolation to specific muscles. The free movement sling method requires more core attention as you have to balance through the different leg lift exercises.I'm not sure if this would be a good general item at a gym due to the amount you are probably going to sweat into the padding. No, this is more an individual piece of equipment to compliment the equipment at the gym.It didn't mention how to wash the things. The metal clips can be completely removed and I just throw then into the washing machine on cold cycle with a mild detergent and let them air dry when done. They don't seem to mind that method of cleaning.

works fantastic for working muscles
ordered this hanging workout setup instead of an over the door frame setup as I have fallen and have seen people fall from the door frame. I was able to place anchors in the ceiling where I wanted to put these straps. These straps do not even stress when I start using them and they are very durable.Overall, quite pleased with the performance of these straps.

Not comfortable at all
These are the only hanging straps I've tried, but I can't imagine other straps being worse than these. These have zero comfort, they're basically cardboard sheets inside a vinyl sleeve with zero padding. They're stiff and way too big, and painful to use. The straps are so large that they're almost bigger than my upper arm and my arm wouldn't fit in. The straps are supposed to take the stress off of holding yourself up, but you end up still using all your strength just staying in the straps and holding on.

Strong and comfortable straps for a good price
I’m really happy with these. They’re exactly what I was looking for. I’m using these with my cage at home to serve as a roman chair of sorts. I don’t have the space for a dedicated piece of equipment like that, but I have the space for these ab straps. These are a better workout too. For reference, I’m 6’ tall, 205 lbs. They easily support me and are very comfortable. They don’t dig into my arms or anything. They also didn’t have any weird chemical smells or anything, which is usually my problem when ordering anything plastic like this on the internet. These are a good deal for under $25.
