I purchased this after my son told me about another brand of the same product. He paid quite a bit for the one he purchased and said it really made improvement in his strength in the gym. Just do me a favor, get them. You will not regret. I was doing Mike Chang’s sixpackshortcut workouts consistently for a month while taking these and i am now benching 465 for reps on incline
