Almost Hilti, Almost
Hilti makes two types of hammer drill bits at this diameter. The TE-C and the TE-CX. The difference between them is the TE-C will drill faster, but if you hit rebar it can bind. The TE-CX drills a bit slower (about 20% in my tests) but won't bind if you hit rebar. That said there is a catch. In my testing the TE-C has the full half in shaft on the half inch bit, meaning if you need to drill the full 4" to the red line you will have to pull the bit out and put it in again a few times to clear dust. The TE-CX seemed to have a narrower than 1/2" shaft on the 1/2" size; this allows you to drill to the full 4" depth at the red line in one go.So if you are drilling with a possibility of hitting rebar or you are drilling to a full 4" depth I recommend the TE-CX. If you are drilling without possibly hitting rebar (say in natural rock) and are drilling 3" or less get the TE-C.
